2. Select Country code and Enter Your Mobile Number or Email ID (for Out of India Customer)
3.You will receive verification code on your mobile number or Email ID (for Out of India Customer)
4. Enter that Verification code amd Click on register button
5. Congratulation your account will be create on saithreadarts.com
We offer Art, Dst, Exp, Hus, Jef, Pcs, Pes, Sew, Shv, Vip, Vp3 and Xxx. Some of our earlier collections and all our retired collections are not available in Exp, Shv and Vp3 formats as they were created before these formats were introduced to the market. Please note that Sew and Pcs formats are not avaliable for the 5×7 designs. In this case and where we offer both the 4×4 and 5×7 sizes in a set, you will receive the required format in the 4×4 size and Pes in the 5×7 size. If you are not sure of your format, please have a look at my embroidery tips page to get a guide as to what your format may be (it is also recommened that you also check your manual).
Yes, all designs are manually digitized to provide you with the highest quality design. Our commitment to you as a customer is to provide you high quality embroidery designs with minimal jumps, no gaps and an overall high quality stitchtout.
Yes. We accept INDIAN Standard cards
Your designs will be delivered by instant download. Once you enter your payment details in, you will see a button marked complete order. Click the complete order button to instantly download your designs. You will also receive an email with your encrypted download links included. We also have a log in area called club Bunnycup accessible in the main menu that you can log into and access your orders at any time.
You can do payment by debit card/ credit card / net banking / UPI app like Phone pe, Google pay, Paytm.
You can cancel your plan within 24 Hours after purchase and amount will refund only if you have not download any design in 24 hours. After 24 hours Subscription plan will not cancel in any condition.
All Design download from Sai Thread Arts will be in ZIP format.
Right click on zip file > click on extract here option.
All design will extract from zip and it will show in same folder.
Our stpport team has to send unlock request to admin. Admin will notify you what to do.
We have a different category for embroidery design and digital print design. We have categorized Sub Category as per Different Concepts and trends. You can Narrow your search result by using filter options. Enter keyword or design code in search bar for specific designs you are looking for.

Downloadable Non-Exclusive License Designs are not returnable or refundable once they have been purchased/downloaded, for obvious reasons. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, we will either provide a replacement/update to that item or refund your transaction.

Yes, our designs are generally resizable to fit various hoop sizes. However, keep in mind that significant resizing may affect the quality of the embroidery. We recommend testing the design on a small scale before making any substantial changes. Instructions for resizing may be included in the product documentation.
Our designs are available for both personal and commercial use. However, please review our licensing agreement for specific details regarding the commercial use of our designs.
Before you can use the design on your embroidery machine, you may need to convert it to the appropriate format. You can use embroidery software or online converters to do this. If you encounter any difficulties, our support team can guide you through the conversion process.
